The Bridge supplies accounting resources to a small group of North America’s best small to medium sized accounting firms. We’re super-picky about who we serve. Just like we want the right staff – we also want the right clients.

Our clients value quality, honesty, family, transparency and commitment. Our clients are not looking for fast, nameless, low-quality accounting or bookkeeping but personable, dedicated, long-term, high-quality team members. We’re looking to build a high-quality team of bookkeepers and accountants that provide the very best in service and quality to our clients, and, ultimately, to their clients. We don’t see ourselves as “outsourcers” but “resourcers.”

About Our Agency

Our model is to build teams.

Our staff become part of the team for their client. You’ll work for only one client – supporting them and their business customers, and usually work with others at The Bridge working for that same client. You’ll be expected to work directly with their business customers and present yourself as part of the client’s team. You even get to use your real name (we don’t hide who we are).

ABOUT OUR AGENCY

Remote Access Based Solution

The Bridge Outsourcing Pvt. Ltd provides a Hybrid/Remote Working Model for staff members. The flexibility is to facilitate our staff at all levels.

While our official office hours are 5pm-2am (8am-5pm US Eastern time) we allow for significant flexibility. Our number one priority is that we provide the highest quality work with no missed deadlines. As long as you are delivering this objective and are available to support your team and your clients you will be able to work around your own schedule. Having said this, we acknowledge that at least 50% of your work time will likely be after 5pm local time. This is not the job for you if you expect to clock out by 5pm every day.

If you live outside Lahore you will probably have to work from home, but we are open to providing workspace in co-working and other office facilities as needs dictate. We’ll ask you to come to Lahore (or some other location) a few times a year so that you can meet the rest of the team.

We do our best to manage workload. We expect a solid 40 hours per week with Saturday and Sunday off. However, due to the nature of accounting work, there will be times when some additional hours are required. We definitely don’t make overtime a rule!
